1. Let it go
This world that we live in is too short to be dwelling on things you’ve already should’ve gotten past. I, as a human being ; am trying to work on this part of my life. I’m not religious but quite spiritual and I understand and respect those who have a different aspect on topics like spirituality although, I’ve been trying my absolute best to simply do what I can, take the negatives into teaching moments and progressing on through. Shockingly, things have been great while in this work-in-progress. Often, as human beings, we also have bad days, some more good than bad. It’s what and how we make the best of it. Have you ever heard that saying “Dont let a setback keep you from a comeback?”. This is very true because when you manifest good thoughts, good vibes and good things — absolutely, your life will flourish.
2. Ignore them
IGNORE THEM!
Don’t let the negative things that others have to say keep you and robbing you from your happiness and joy. Continue to thrive and be the best version of yourself. People will ALWAYS talk. Best revenge would be to prove them wrong and give them something positive to talk about. Even when it’s naggy negative Nancy. Who you are and how you hold yourself will speak for itself truly.
3. Give it time
Sometimes, all we got to do is to give it a little more time. Give things some time and space to heal, to think, to recoup & comeback stronger than ever. Regardless if it’s a meditation session, a vacation, a quick 15 minute break from work, etc
Time is also something we spend and don’t get back. Time is precious. Utilize it wisely. Most times, many waste their time and sometimes regret how they spend their time. Healing, time and faith is key to gain more positivity and stepping stools to live a greater life,
4. Don’t compare
Lately, I’ve been observant in many conversations and noticed that so many people compare and pin one against another in so many different ways. Examples like “I understand you’re a new manager, but the old manager Billy used to take care of everything and …..”, “ I like this aunt because she gives me money when the ice cream truck comes around and I don’t like that aunt because she yells at me all the time.”
The only person you should EVER compare to is the person you were yesterday.
5. Stay Calm
Human beings living on the surface of this universe sometimes believe we should have everything figured out and set up. Sometimes, that may cause overloads of stress and tension and steer you in a negative path that causes you to feel, think and see negative outcomes.
Breathe!
Sometimes taking a breather and slowing down is key to being more relaxed and staying calm in many situations. Don’t overthink it. Don’t jump the gun. Breathe, relax and take it slowly.
6. It’s in you
It comes down to accountability. You are in charge of your own happiness and what you allow to continue will definitely continue. It’s up to you to make the choices you need to make to see the results. You can’t want a good life and wish bad on the other and thing the karma and energy you give out isn’t going to orbit back around.
How you want your life to be is all in how you handle things, your integrity, honesty, respect, cooperation and love.
7. S M I L E
1, 2, 3 .. say cheese!
Life is too short so enjoy it while you have it. Enjoy it while it lasts.
